By sending the application form you acknowledge you wish to sponsor the TRAVEL HANDBOOK NEW ENGLAND project by Aad Struijk.
The agreement shall be governed by the following conditions:
Non-commercial SPONSORS (like tourist-offices, chambers of commerce etc.) are allowed to add a frame with information and a hyperlink to their own website for free as described (see LINKS). However, AAD STRUIJK reserves the right to refuse admission if the applicant does not meet the definition of "non-commercial" or for any other reason. Commercial SPONSORS (like hotels, motels, restaurants, carrentals, travel-agencies etc.) can add a frame with information and a hyperlink to their own website for a fee of US $15 per year as described (see PROMOTE YOURSELF). However, AAD STRUIJK reserves the right to refuse admission for any reason. Payment must be made by cash or check. You can send payment to:

If, due to public emergency or necessity, force majeure restriction imposed by law, acts of God, labour disputes or for any cause, including mechanical, electronic or telecommunication breakdowns, beyond AAD STRUIJK's control, there is an interruption or omission of one week or more of any Internet World Wide Web publishing of the information-frame, AAD STRUIJK agrees to make good the lost of exposure by expanding the period the Internet World Wide Website(s) will remain active by the same amount of time as the interruption.AAD STRUIJK may exercise a continuing right to reject or edit text/material provided, or discontinue any links to other Internet World Wide Web sites. In the event that any material or Internet World Wide Web site link is to be deemed unsatisfactory, AAD STRUIJK shall notify the SPONSOR and the publishing of the information-frame shall be postponed until satisfactory text/material or substitute link to an Internet World Wide Web site is furnished by the SPONSOR.SPONSOR agrees to hold and save AAD STRUIJK harmless against all liability resulting from SPONSORS's Internet World Wide Web publishing, including the fulfillment of any offers made in the information-frame.AAD STRUIJK agrees to hold and save SPONSOR harmless against any liability resulting from AAD STRUIJK's web site content except when content is furnished by SPONSOR.This agreement, including right's under it, may not be assigned or transferred without first obtaining the consent of AAD STRUIJK, in writing, nor may AAD STRUIJK be required to publish for the benefit of any SPONSOR other than the one named in the original agreement.Failure of AAD STRUIJK or SPONSOR to enforce any provisions in this agreement shall not be construed as a general relinquishment or waiver of that or any other provision.This agreement contains all the provisions between the parties relating to the subject matter herin contained, and no change or modification of any of the terms and provisions shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by the SPONSOR.
